For over 60 years ALFRED TRONSER GMBH has specialized in the development and production of variable capacitors for professional electronics.

Today, TRONSER offers the world's largest selection of high-quality trimmer capacitors. This experience, combined with fully equipped research, development and measurement facilities up to 26 GHz, CAD / CAM for the design of components and production machines, in-house parts production on state-of-the-art CNC machines and tooling and jig making them the preferred partner of the world's most important Electronics companies made when it comes to trimmer capacitors.

This expertise in precision mechanics and production engineering provides the foundation for their TRONSER Turnmill business unit. Here, CNC turned and milled parts made to customer specifications are produced.

The plant near Stuttgart currently employs about 80 people. As almost all components are produced in their company, the focus can be placed more and more on quality control, starting with incoming raw material inspection, statistical process control during production, to complete final inspection of each capacitor produced.

Order processing, as well as production planning, is controlled by state-of-the-art ERP software including APS fine planning. As a medium-sized family business, TRONSER serves customers in more than 50 countries with CNC turned and milled parts, trimmer capacitors and assembly assemblies at reasonable prices, short delivery times and good service.
