Semitronics manufactures Phase Control Thyristors, Medium Power Rectifiers, Power Transistors, Schottky Rectifiers, IGBT's, Triacs, Solid State Relays, Hybrids and Custom Semiconductors. Semitronics manufactures JAN/JANTX/JANTXV Phase Control SCR's and Medium Power Rectifiers. Semitronics can also supply devices tested to Military levels or to Source Controlled Drawings. Solid State Relays and Custom Semiconductors are also available to Mil specifications. Semitronics offers mil screening for Transistors, SCR's, Triacs, Diodes, Rectifiers, Solid State Relays and Custom Semiconductors using its mil approved facility.
