1956-Rantec founded in Calabasas, California.

1964-Rantec acquired by Emerson Electric Company.

1971-Low Voltage Product Line, PTK founded in Los Osos, California, Rantec acquired Low Voltage product line from Litton.

1984-PTK acquired by Emerson Electric Company.

1988-PTK merged into Rantec.

1990-Stand-alone Public Company, ESCO (now ESCO Technologies Inc.) formed as a stand-alone public company as a result of a spin-off from Emerson Electric.

2000-Rantec Power Systems Inc. Rantec company name change to Rantec Power Systems Inc. Rantec Microwave division sold. Rantec stand-alone power supply
company created.

2003-Becomes Independent Company. Rantec Power Systems bought from ESCO by management group, becomes independent company under RPS Holdings.
