Philosophy

LEDTECH ELECTRONICS CORP. was founded in 1977. Holding onto the motto of "sincere, responsible and constantly improving", they have been dedicated to the production of LED lamps and displays in the past forty some years. They persistently foster our own personnel, develop new products, and upgrade their production facilities in the vigorous efforts to satisfy customers' needs.

HISTORY

1977 Ledtech Electronics Corp. was established in Pan-Chiao City / Taiwan with an initial capital of USD 150,000.
1979 They increased the capital to USD 350,000.
1980 They increased the capital to USD 700,000. and set up the second plant in Chung-Ho City.
1981 They moved their head quarter to Hsin-Tien City, Taipei Hsien.
1982 They obtained an "A" class quality control certificate for factory as awarded by The Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan.
1990 They got the TW patent for Improved Structure of LED Backlight for LCD Module.
1991 They established the "Zhao Qing Ledtech Electronics Corp." with a capital of USD 5,110,000 in Zhaoqing City, Guang-Dong, China.
1992 Ledtech Taiwan got ISO 9002 quality assurance.
1996 Ledtech China also got ISO 9002 quality assurance.
They established the "Ledtech USA" with a capital of USD 450,000 in L.A.
1997 Ledtech Taiwan increased the capital to USD 12,000,000.
1998 They got the TW patent for Improved LED.

1999 Ledtech Taiwan increased the capital to USD 17,700,000.

2000 China new factory building with floor area of 162,000 SQ.FT was completed.

Zhao Qing Ledtech Electronics Corp. increased the capital to RMB 36,650,000.
Ledtech USA increased the capital to USD 1,800,000.
2001 Ledtech Electronics LTD. ( BMD ) - Capital : HKD 62,000,000.
Gelwin Technology Ltd. increased the capital to HKD 16,600,000.
Ledtech Taiwan increased the capital to USD 19,000,000.
They got the TW patent for Full Color Dot Matrix Display.
2002 Ledtech Group became a public listed company in Taiwan Stock Market on the 2nd of April.Gelwin Technology Ltd. increased the capital to HKD 16,600,000.
Ledtech Taiwan increased the capital to USD 20,500,000.
2003
Ledtech Taiwan got ISO 14001
2004
They established the Hwa Nan Head Office in China.
Ledtech Taiwan increased capital to USD 26,650,000.
2006
They got TW patent for LED Lamp Tube.
They got TW patent for heat dissipation structure of Leadframe for LED.
2009
A new factory is established for our daughter company "Zhao Qing Ledtech Electronics Corp." in Guangzhou, China.
2010
Invested USD3,000,000 in a daughter factory for China \"Zhao Qing Ledtech Electronics Corp.\" at Zhaoqing, Guangzhou, China.
Ledtech\'s daughter company, Energyled\'s new office is completed.
ENERGYLED ELECTRONICS CORPORATION purchased a 74.18 acre land in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province.
2011
Capital increased to NTD 1,283,032,390.
ENERGYLED ELECTRONICS CORPORATION laid the foundation for the new production site.
2015
Energyled Electronics Corporation, the subsidiary of Ledtech Group, now has our new manufacturing park under construction in Zhaoqing City, China.
