In 1957, Oskar Lapp, founder of the company, developed ?LFLEX?. Today, about 2,500 employees across 50 companies around the world contribute daily to the Lapp Group with their dedication, knowledge and ideas. As a result, the range of products extends from cable, cables accessories, cable handling systems, cable harnessing to industrial connectors and communication technology. Based on mutually adapted systems, the range of products and services has been continuously extended over the years. About Lapp Group NA
Lapp Group North America was first established in 1976 in New Jersey. Since then, Lapp Group have relocated to a newly renovated 130,000 square foot facility in Florham Park which houses a state-of-the-art cable manufacturing plant, Lapp Cable Works.
Since its foundation,  the Lapp Group North America has expanded its market presence through the establishment of multiple subsidiaries to better address customer needs both technically and regionally.

Over the last 50 years, the Lapp Group has grown to 3,150 employees operating around the globe developing, manufacturing and selling more than 20,000 products. With 17 production sites, 41 company-owned sales operations, more than 100 foreign representations and worldwide headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany, the Lapp Ground people are everywhere you need them to be.
