Micron Technology Inc. (Micron Technology, Inc., NASDAQ: MU), a leading global supplier of automotive memory, today announced that its automotive-grade high-performance LPDDR5 DRAM memory and UFS 3.1 products based on 3D TLC NAND technology have been applied Yu Li Auto's latest full-size smart flagship SUV model - Li Li L9.


Micron's LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 solutions can help Ideal L9's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) to achieve up to Level 4 autonomous driving. Thanks to Micron's complete product portfolio, the Ideal L9 smart cockpit system also integrates Micron's automotive-grade LPDDR4 and UFS 2.1 technologies to provide users with an excellent entertainment and user interface experience. In addition, the Ideal L9 cross-domain control unit is also equipped with Micron's NOR flash memory and eMMC technology to ensure overall system robustness and shorten system startup time.


The Li Li L9 full-size smart SUV is a good answer to Chinese consumers' growing demand for greener and more efficient vehicles. This model not only has an excellent cruising range of up to 1,100 kilometers, but also has a groundbreaking five-screen three-dimensional interactive intelligent cockpit, providing users with an immersive driving and entertainment experience.


Micron's automotive-grade LPDDR5 bandwidth increases by up to 50%, enabling a near real-time experience for data-intensive applications in ideal cars1. LPDDR5 also has excellent energy-saving features, which can reduce energy consumption by up to 60% compared to LPDDR4, helping to provide longer cruising range on a single charge.

The latest generation of Desay SV ADAS technology used in the Ideal L9 is equipped with Micron memory, which enables high-speed computing performance and supports autonomous driving functions up to L4 level. The ultra-high computing performance of this system enables the L9 to perceive and respond to various complex environments that may be encountered while driving.
