Tellurian Technologies, Inc. certifies that to its knowledge of frequency controlled products designated by Tellurian Technologies, Inc. to be “RoHS Compliant” conform to the requirement of the European
Unions’ Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substance in Electrical and Electronic Equipments (”RoHS”)
Directive 2011/65/EU and meet all requirements of RoHS recast or RoHS II.*
Tellurian Technologies, Inc. terms “Lead-Free”, “RoHS Compliant”, and “Pb-Free” to mean frequency
controlled products that are compatible with the current RoHS requirements for all 6 (six) substances
(see table below), including the requirement that lead not exceed 0.1% by weight in homogeneous
materials. Where designed to be soldered at high temperatures, Tellurian Technologies, Inc. “RoHS
Compliant” products are suitable for use in specified lead-free processes.”

knowledge of the material that is placed into its products as of the date of disclosure of Pb-Free information
