Measuring 17.5mm high x 18mm diameter above panel, the new TS2 Joystick is an IP67 analog self-centering device designed for remote control equipment, robotics and automation systems, drones and CCTV controllers.
The TS2 Joystick is based on proven Hall Effect technology, providing precise, easy-to-control 12-bit resolution in both the X and Y axes. It can be equipped with two open or two gated limiters with a choice of rounded convex or concave, toothed or flat uniaxial (Y) covers to fit standard 12.6mm panel cutouts and optional control handle mounts .
The new joysticks are rated for 5V supply voltage and come with either pre-wired JST 28AWG cable or sealed terminals. With an operating temperature range of –40 to +85°C, the TS2 complies with EN61000 electromagnetic compatibility and SAE J1455 vibration and shock testing standards.
Manufactured in California by Ruffy Controls, the TS2 is part of the company's extensive line of industrial miniature and fingertip joysticks and switches.
