Short press the 3rd button to turn all off and cycle in turn. That is, cold white -- warm white -- off standby.
The LED brightness remains unchanged during conversion. Long press the button to adjust the light endlessly, long press the button to increase the brightness for the first time, long press the button to decrease the brightness for the second time, and cycle. Minimum brightness 2%, maximum 100%.
