SG2139_ T is an embedded barcode, two-dimensional code recognition module. CMOS image technology and high-speed QR code image recognition algorithm are used to easily identify mobile payment barcode and QR code. It is widely used in supermarket counters, express cabinets, exhibition halls, ticket machines, self-service terminals, etc.

 

 

 

SG2139_ T is connected to the host through 6 pin and 12 pin PFC flat cables.

2.3 Installation precautions

 

The enclosure of the engine shall be designed to ensure that objects with strong luminous intensity (including but not limited to self luminous light sources and bright spots generated by refraction/reflection) are not placed within the engine field of view, so as to prevent the decoding performance of captured images from being affected due to high local brightness. The direct sunlight into the lens will cause greater interference to the barcode reading and affect the reading performance. When the engine is used outdoors, it is recommended to add a shading structure in the external design to prevent direct sunlight from the lens.

 

SG2139_ T can achieve better performance in the presence of ambient light, but its performance may be reduced due to the interference of strong light when it is used in the strong light environment in direct sunlight.

 

Window material and color The selection of window material and color shall ensure that the transmissivity of visible light is as high as possible, and the blurriness is as low as possible and the refractive index is uniform. Many seemingly transparent window materials have reduced performance due to their own stress and deformation, so they can only use cast plastic or optical glass (whether anti reflection coating is used depends on the situation). Generally, PMMA or optical glass can be used. The window material and color should make the transmittance of visible light more than 92% and the blurring less than 1%. If it is necessary to add a transparent screen, it is recommended to coat AR film on the transparent screen.
