Summary
ISG-200 series is a general standard intelligent gateway. It adopts high-performance embedded computer platform, which can support customers to deploy large-scale IoT devices. It uses high-performance embedded 32-bit processors, supports more than 250 common PLC protocols, configures self running, provides data operation, and provides excellent protocol conversion and collection functions for automatic control gateway, which supports wide temperature work.

● Accurate and fast data computing capability
The ISG-200 series uses high-performance embedded 32-bit processors, up to 900MHz main frequency, 1GB DDR3 for memory, and 8GB eMMC for paired storage.
It can process and calculate data quickly;
● Customized embedded Linux system
ISG-200 series can carry customized embedded Linux systems for users. In order to achieve different needs of multiple users, customized APP can be developed according to different user scenarios and business functions. Through the call of external interface functions, reasonable solutions can be customized for customers;
● Support multiple PLC protocols and intelligent device communication protocols
To meet the needs of multiple users, ISG-200 supports more than 250 PLC protocols;
Support OPC UA protocol (support SSL/TLS), including client and server. On the one hand, it can read data from third-party OPC UA servers, and on the other hand, it can publish data as OPC UA servers;
Support PLC remote support and remote maintenance;
● Support use in harsh environments
The products pass strict high and low temperature tests, drop tests, aging tests, vibration tests and salt spray tests to meet the application needs of customers in complex environments;
● Reliable safety design
One channel of CPU internal watchdog and one channel of hardware watchdog are embedded to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
4-way isolated RS485 and 2-way isolated CAN ports ensure communication quality and accuracy of data receiving and sending;
● Multiple network communication modes
The basic model (R01) has two 100M LAN ports and one drawer type SIM card slot, and the professional model (R02) has five 100M LAN ports and one drawer type SIM card slot. Customers can choose wireless 3G/4G networks to ensure uninterrupted communication;
● VGA display
Professional (R02) is configured with VGA display interface;
● Cloud server switching function
It supports sending the collected data to its own Web server, and supports third-party systems to read/write data from the server through standard HTML, so as to realize the function of remote reading/writing device data;
Support MQTT client protocol (support SSL/TLS), including subscription and publishing. It can not only communicate with servers (brokers) such as mosquitto, but also exchange data with MQTT ECS.
