As an electronic product of infrared temperature measurement, the infrared thermometer was initially used for industrial temperature measurement, but with the development of the times, it has gradually developed to be used in the medical industry. The core function of the infrared thermometer is to measure the temperature of the human body in real time, and it can directly measure the temperature without touching the human body. This function is particularly important during the epidemic, which can reduce the spread of disease. The infrared thermometer is characterized by its high accuracy, fast temperature measurement, simple operation, and convenient carrying. Its advantage is that compared with the traditional contact thermometer, it can use infrared temperature measurement, and the temperature measurement is faster. It is more suitable for the epidemic prevention process, which greatly improves the work efficiency of epidemic prevention personnel. At present, we have developed a scheme of infrared thermometer based on high-precision single-chip microcomputer. The main controller uses ZHW3548. The following is the specific description:
1、 Introduction to the function of infrared thermometer scheme
The main controller of the infrared thermometer designed at present is ZHW3548, and the packaging form is LQFP48. The development of this scheme has been completed through one week's development time, project initiation, software development, hardware drawing board, board test, final debugging and sample delivery. Next, let's look at the function introduction of the infrared thermometer scheme:
(1) LCD display is used with three color backlight, which can be read in the dark and strong light environment without hindrance, and the trigger temperature alarm will display red;
(2) Free switching between Fahrenheit and Celsius units;
(3) One button startup and one button temperature measurement, with fast and accurate temperature measurement and high accuracy (± 0.2 ℃);
(4) Multi key operation, on/off key, temperature measurement key, unit key, and multiple key operation can enter mode conversion, such as memory mode, material temperature mode, high temperature warning temperature setting mode, etc;
(5) The device can measure temperature accurately under extreme environment (- 10~50 ℃);
(6) The product is composed of a thermopile infrared sensor and a microprocessor memory, a control of other components, a LCD screen and backlight, a shell and batteries.
