According to the report, Qualcomm recently launched an ultra-low-power LTE modem optimized for the Internet of Things and with integrated ground positioning support. Just in May of this year, Qualcomm launched its first dedicated IoT modem solution that supports 5G connectivity early. This solution is optimized for industrial IoT applications and leads the IoT ecosystem forward.

· Back in 2015, Qualcomm released a new LTE modem for IoT connectivity. At the time this new modem solution provided a reliable global connection for the Internet of Things!
