Intel Releases 4th Generation Xeon Scalable Processors

Intel's 4th Generation Xeon Scalable Processor Helps Accelerate 5G Cloud Network Innovation.

According to media reports, Intel has recently released the fourth-generation Xeon scalable processor and Max series product portfolio, as well as a GPU with over 100 billion transistors;  its purpose is to guide the digital transformation of operators. This new product is equipped with Intel 7 process, up to 60 cores, and also supports DDR5, PCIe 5.0, and its CPU AI performance has been improved by ten times! The new processor also redefines the performance of 5G cloud networks, providing all-round acceleration services for high-performance computing, artificial intelligence and networks. It is reported that this processor adds new impetus to the development of the digital economy, promotes the execution performance of AI and HPC workloads, and its total cost of ownership can be reduced by 66%.

 

Intel has been committed to working with partners to promote innovation and application breakthroughs in transformative technologies such as artificial intelligence, 5G, and intelligent edge, and drive a smart and connected world.  For example, Intel's 13th generation Core processor i7-13700 has an innovative 16-core hybrid architecture.

In addition, Nvidia also recently released the new DGX H100 system using Intel's fourth-generation Xeon Scalable chips.  Other large enterprises also released new fourth-generation CPUs with Sapphire Rapids cores of Intel's fourth-generation Xeon Scalable processors and new servers equipped with fourth-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors.
