AMD presents "the most complex chip in history": madly stuffing 146 billion transistors with Chiplet technology.

Recently, some media reported that AMD has produced the largest chip with 146 billion transistors and 13 chips.  

The chip exploded at CES, not only with 146 billion  transistors, but also greatly shortened ChatGPT training time, training computing power, and AI performance. 8 times! The Instinct MI300 accelerator card contains 128GB HBM3 video memory . It is reported that AMD launched the super-large chip this time to benchmark against Apple; it is obvious that Chiplet has overcome obstacles in the chip "jungle"!
